The purpose of processing your personal data is contract execution to ensure the provision of the service. Please update your data if your personal information and/or contact details have changed during the contract period. The contact details provided in the contract are used for communication with you—to inform you about the service provision and changes, for invoice preparation and delivery, etc. To fulfill the contract, data may be transferred to third parties, such as for invoice delivery and debt collection. Additionally, ZANEL SIA is required to provide data to state or municipal institutions in cases stipulated by legal regulations.

For identification purposes via phone/email, we use the following data: customer/contract number, name, surname, service address, phone number/email address. By requesting a service on our website, you consent to the processing of the data you enter. You have the right to request and receive information about your personal data processing, correct your data, and also request data deletion if contractual obligations have been fulfilled (data will be fully deleted once the legally defined retention period expires).
